Cluster Visualization Workflow

This workflow illustrates how to use Cluster Visualization Component to perform Clustering on the data you want to analyze and visualize the clusters and the model performance based on Silhouette Score.

Inputs: data (*.csv): Input data you want to analyzen_clusters (int): Select a number of clustersfrom 2 to 20 as a hyperparameter of K-MeansClustering max_iter (int): Select a maximum number ofsteps K-Means Clustering should be iteratingin range from 50 to 250 Cluster Visualization:Calculates clusters using K-Means Clustering given hyperparameters (number of clusters,maximum number of iterations) and shows theclusters in table view.Maps the labeled clusters into 2-dimensionallatent space using PCA and plots in a scatterplot using different coloring for each cluster.Calculates how well the clustering model isperforming using Silhouette Score and showsthe scores of each cluster in a box plot.
